Option 2 – COMMUNITY CONNECTIVITY

1 – Previously developed site AND

  • 2 – Within 1/2 mile of residential avg density 10 units/acre AND 3 – 10 basic services within 1/2 mile radius with pedestrian access between the building and the services:

Have walking access from the building to the services.  No more than one service open to the public in mixed-use project area can be counted; no more than two can be anticipated. (Anticipated services must be operational after one year from the project’s start.)
