Requirements

OPTION 1: a) Offer preferred parking¹ for fuel-efficient vehicles for five percent of the site’s total vehicle parking capacity.  b)
A two-year reduced parking rate at a minimum of 20 percent that is available to all customers can be a substitute for preferred parking for low-emitting/ fuel-efficient vehicles. OR
