OPTION 1: The following interior floor installation regulations apply to the project scope: – All carpet must meet the Carpet and Rug Institute Green Label Plus¹ program’s testing and product requirements. – All carpet cushioning must meet the Carpet and Rug Institute Green Label program’s requirements. -All carpet adhesive must meet IEQ Credit 4.1: Adhesives and Sealants requirements, which includes a VOC limit of 50 g/L.  -All hard surfaces must certifiably comply with the current FloorScore² standard by an independent third-party. -Flooring products covered by FloorScore include vinyl, linoleum, laminate flooring, wood flooring, ceramic flooring, rubber flooring and wall base.  -100% of the non-carpet finished flooring is FloorScore- certified and constitutes at least a fourth of the finished floor area is a valid option for this credit.  –Tile/Grout setting, – Concrete, wood, bamboo and cork floor finishes,
