The project team must: A)Assign a Commissioning Authority (CxA) person who will oversee process activities. B) Expand commissioning requirements and integrate them into current construction documents. C) Create and employ a commissioning plan. D) Confirm the installation and performance of the commissioned systems E) Prepare a commissioning summary.
The CxA must: A) Have relevant experience with at least two past projects, even for projects smaller than 50,000 gross square feet. B) Be independent of the project design and construction management; although he or she may be employed or consulted by the project owner. C) Directly report statuses and recommendations to the owner. D) Review and comply with owner’s project requirements.
The project owner must: A) Document project requirements. B) Assume responsibility for document updates.
The design team must: A) Develop the basis of design. B) Assume responsibility for document updates.
