Requirements IV

OPTION 4: Allow occupants’ access to a fuel-efficient vehicle-sharing program. The following requirements must be met: a) One low-emitting or fuel-efficient shared vehicle with an eight-person capacity must be provided per three percent of FTE occupants.  b) A vehicle-sharing agreement of a minimum of two years must be provided. Document the number of occupants served per vehicle.   C) submit an explanation of the vehicle-sharing program. Highlight and record the distance of a walkway to the project site from the parking area, which includes the nearest available spaces in the nearest available parking area.
