Requirements II

OPTION 2 – NON-RESIDENTIAL

1 – Provide parking for less than 5% FTE AND

2 – a) Offer preferred parking¹ for five percent of total parking spaces for ridesharing, b) A two-year reduced parking rate at a minimum of 20 percent that is available to all customers can be a substitute for preferred parking for low-emitting/ fuel-efficient vehicles.  OR

OPTION 3: NON-RESIDENTIAL Don’t offer new parking.
