Strategy

Perform site survey to identify site elements and adopt master plan for development of site. Site bldg to minimize disruption, stack bldg program, tuck-under parking, share facilities with Neighbors. 1) Assess undeveloped land to develop a site and reveal its elements.  2) Reduce environmental disturbances by employing strategies, such as shared parking structures.  3) Define parameters within the project site. 4)  Utilize government agencies and consultants when restoring previously developed sites. 5) Avoid noxious-based plants and use low-maintenance indigenous plants instead.
